Hey, let's use this thread as a place to introduce ourselves and get to know everyone! :)

My name is Matt Malkus and I am a rising senior at Virginia Tech this year, majoring in statistics. I've been supporting B.J. since I found out about his campaign back in March. I hope to get down to the district for 2-3 weekends in the fall to do what I can for the campaign and I'm open to helping in any way I can.

I'm Gail Marold, mother of 3-year-old Allison, and a full-time, home-based employee as a PR director for Unisys Corp. I live in BJ's neighborhood and am helping him wherever and whenever possible for the campaign. The money bomb was a great idea -- kudos to all you young folks who know how to use the Internet and social media tactics to the highest degree!! :)

I'm Terry and I live in Missouri. I learned about BJ Lawson a few weeks ago and am very excited about his campaign. I have been contributing to the campaign as I can and encouraging others in Meetup groups to contribute.

I'm Adam. I'm in Sales at Continental Tire, NA, down in Charlotte, NC. I found out about BJ's campaign a few months ago through my involvement as a grassroots volunteer in the Ron Paul campaign. I had the pleasure of meeting BJ at the NCGOP State Convention last month, and have donated to his campaign twice now. I plan on doing as much as I can from outside the district to help however I'm needed. I'm convinced that BJ has a future not only as a true representative of the people in Congress, but as a leader of the burgeoning Freedom Movement we're all a part of.

Hey guys,

I'm Kacy, and I'm helping with the technical side of things with the campaign, mostly working with the database right now. I'm also a marketing intern. Before being involved directly with the campaign, I created the Lawson Liberty Fund website. Before that, I was involved with the UNC Students for Ron Paul group. I met BJ in the Fall of 2007 and found out that he was running for Congress soon after. I've canvassed for several hours on Saturdays and participated in "sign bombs" one of which was at 1am the morning before Price came to the district. I'm committed because I seriously believe that BJ can win!

Thanks guys for your support. Don't forget to sign up on the website if you want to volunteer for the campaign.

Minnesota Chris

My name is Chris Halfen, and I'm just a guy who likes what I hear about BJ Lawson :-) I found out about him through RonPaulForums.com, and when I read the campaign website, I was VERY impressed!

I live in Minnesota, but my wife's sister and her family live in Cary, so I have some connections there. I obviously can't do much locally (unless we're visiting the relatives), but I'd like to do what I can through blogging, YouTube, etc.
